🛒 Ingredients


Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ½ cup flour
- Salt & pepper
Orange Sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry
- Garlic, ginger, chili flakes
🍳 Instructions


- Coat chicken in egg + flour/cornstarch.
- Fry until crispy.
- Simmer sauce ingredients in pan.
- Add slurry to thicken.
